Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages: You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will FramerNow or its owner be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
