General Terms

Intellectual Property: All templates available on Framernow.com are the exclusive property of FramerNow and are protected by Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to distribute, duplicate, make available to others, resell in their original form, or modify the templates for resale without explicit consent from FramerNow.

Single Template License

Usage: Upon purchasing a template from Framernow.com, you are granted a single license to utilize the template to create a single final product. The purchased template can only be used on one domain. Usage of the purchased template on multiple Framer websites is prohibited. In such cases, a separate template license must be purchased for each website.

Updates

Entitlement: During the commercial lifespan of the template, you are entitled to any updates released by FramerNow. Updates may include fixes for theme issues, improvements, or new features. If you encounter any bugs, please report them to hey@framernow.com for prompt resolution.

Refund

Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the purchased product, please contact us and provide details regarding the reason for the refund. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision. Please note that refunds for digital products are typically not granted. However, FramerNow may provide a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Warranties

Compliance: FramerNow guarantees that all templates are created and maintained in compliance with relevant industry standards set by Framer. Our templates undergo rigorous internal quality assurance reviews to ensure their suitability for commercial use.

Browser Support: All templates are designed to be visually consistent and functionally compatible across all Supported Browsers, including the latest stable releases of major browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. FramerNow will exercise discretion to implement reasonable alternatives in cases where specific features or designs are not feasible due to browser limitations.

Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will FramerNow or its owner be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Aggregate Liability: The total aggregate liability of FramerNow from any and all claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Exclusions: FramerNow is not liable and provides no warranty for errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities arising from:

• Improper installation of the product.

• Use of the product for a purpose other than intended.

• Concurrent use of third-party products or services.

• Changes or modifications to the product made after purchase.

• Errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities exclusive to unsupported browsers.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
